I have been using my scanner Canon LiDE with MP Navigator for years, but it suddenly started giving an error saying the driver was not correctly installed. With Canon, I have uninstalled the driver and the MP Navigator software and reinstalled them severl times with the correct versions from Canon. The error still persists. The scanner works with Windows scanner driver, which doesn’ have the features of MP Navigator.
